Shincoim Turntable Spraying Robot

This Turntable Spraying Robot adopts a dual-station turntable design, enabling continuous alternating spraying with 180° rotating station switching. While one station is in the spraying process, the other can be used for loading and unloading workpieces, thus achieving uninterrupted production. The alternating operation of the two stations not only drastically improves production efficiency but also ensures the stability and consistency of spraying quality.

With high positioning accuracy and stable operation, the robot can be equipped with 6-axis mechanical arms of different arm spans (900mm~2000mm) and load capacities (3KG~20KG), making it suitable for processing workpieces of various sizes. As a highly efficient and flexible automated spraying equipment, it is widely applied in industries such as automotive parts, home appliances, 3C electronics and hardware.
