Shincoim Programming-Free Denim Spraying Workstations Exported to Bangladesh, Adding New Breakthroughs in Overseas Market

Recently, the independently developed programming-free denim spraying workstations of Shincoim Intelligence have achieved a major breakthrough in the overseas market. Twenty sets of equipment have been exported to Bangladesh, successfully signing a contract with a large local denim garment factory with tens of thousands of employees, helping it upgrade the automation of the spraying process and expand Shincoim’s market footprint in the textile and garment automation field in Southeast Asia.

As an important global export base for denim fabric and garments, Bangladesh supplies nearly 5 billion US dollars worth of denim products to the world every year. Large local factories are in urgent need of automated equipment to replace manual labor, solving the pain points of labor, efficiency and consistency in processes such as denim sandblasting (pp spraying). The signed customer is a highly influential local textile enterprise with a complete denim production line, purchasing 20 workstations at one time for the transformation of the sandblasting process.

To ensure the smooth commissioning of the equipment, Shincoim has set up a professional technical team, led by the chief engineer and accompanied by senior engineers, who have arrived at the customer’s site to carry out installation, commissioning and technical guidance. It is ensured that all 20 workstations will be commissioned and put into mass production before the Spring Festival without delaying the customer’s production plan.

After arrival, the Shincoim technical team held talks with the customer’s senior management, in-depth docking production needs and capacity planning, and detailed introduced the core advantages of the workstations: programming-free drag-and-drop teaching, easy operation for ordinary workers after short training, full servo control for precise spraying, high efficiency, material saving, safety and environmental protection, which can significantly reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance product standardization.

The customer’s senior management highly recognized Shincoim’s products and technical strength, clearly expressed the intention of in-depth cooperation, and both parties initially reached a consensus that all sandblasting links of the customer’s affiliated denim production lines will be fully replaced with Shincoim’s programming-free denim spraying workstations in the follow-up.
